- Discovery call booking: name, email, and scheduling preferences via Cal.com
- Email correspondence: any information you include in emails to us
- AI chatbot demo: messages you type into the live demo chatbot on our website. These messages are processed in real time to generate responses and are not permanently stored.

- To schedule and manage discovery calls
- To send project-related communications

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services. Each processes data only as necessary to provide their service:
Resend
Email delivery. Processes your name and email address when you submit our contact form, so we receive your message.
Supabase
Database hosting (SOC 2 Type 2 certified). Stores contact form submissions securely with AES-256 encryption at rest.
Google Gemini API
Powers the AI chatbot demo. Your chat messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate responses. Under our commercial API agreement, your data is not used to train Google’s AI models. Messages are not permanently stored by us.
Vercel
Website hosting (SOC 2, ISO 27001 certified). Processes standard web request data (IP address, browser type) to serve the website.
Plausible Analytics
Privacy-focused website analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. Compliant with GDPR and CCPA. No cookie consent banner is required.
4. Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. Essential cookies may be used by our hosting provider (Vercel) for basic functionality such as load balancing.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit). Our infrastructure providers host data in Australia and the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions: retained for as long as necessary for business purposes and to respond to your enquiry
- AI chatbot demo messages: processed in real time and not permanently stored. Session data is discarded when you close the page.
- Email correspondence: retained in accordance with standard business practices
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Lodge a complaint about a breach of the APPs with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
